Hello, and a huge welcome to Blossom class. In our class we are age ranged from nursery up until year 2. 

We regularly come home covered in messy play including flour, foam or glitter! All signs of a fun day of learning! We learn through play, exploring using our 5 senses coinciding our sensory-based EYFS curriculum.

We use read write inc scheme for our phonics, using sensory-based materials to expose phonics language through our play. This helps enable us to begin our reading journey together. 

We learn maths through a variety of different ways. This could be singing number songs, hopscotch, touch counting, building or exploring sensory resources with measurements. 

We are the foundations pathway – where we are exposed to learning to embed through our learning journey through school. We use a variety of methods to learn different skills, adaptive teaching to meet every student’s individual needs.
